Waiting...

The team is now waiting at the gate to head to Houston. They are scheduled to leave at 5:11pm (4:11pm our time). They have already made it through customs and many are taking this time to call their loved ones and catch up a little.

I just talked to Kirk and they had just closed all the doors on the plane...Only a few more hours...Kirk had had a Wendy's Frosty and a hamburger...YUM! Kyle is alive...I talked to him. They sound great and now I am SOOOOOOOO excited I can't stand it...I'm a little teary, too. Kirk said for us to start saving so we could all go next year...16,000 - 20,000 thousand dollars for the four of us - I don't think my kids want to go to college anyway...I'll can always start a new college fund! I can't wait to see everyone....Thanks for this blog Andrea...I told Kirk next time he could send me one email just for me that I didn't like sharing! :) I know you can't wait to see Tori, too. I feel like that old Mervyn's commercial where the lady is peering into the store just waiting for it to open, saying "Open, open, open!" I keep staring at the clock saying, "Hurry, hurry, hurry!" Thanks again Andrea...Kirk said he had about 1000 pictures if anyone is interested! :)Dedee

You're welcome! I've enjoyed maintaining this blog. It's given me a way to feel like I was contributing since I couldn't be there.
